I spent a year in California in
2006 and was inspired by the
sunlight.

This work was a process called
"Automatic Drawing," and it's
a fancy term I use for doodles.
It's a great example of what my
art teacher Judith Savard called,
"horror vacui," Latin for fear of
empty space.
